Your Realtor for Honesty and Integrity
The Client is Always First. It's Your Journey!
Welcome from my site!
Let's be honest: I got into this business because having a boss isn't any fun and it was the least expensive way to start my own business. A lot of agents will claim that they got into this industry because they had an overwhelming need to help clients get into their "forever" home. And that very much may be true. But that's not why I came here. I didn't know much about houses or how to run a business, but I knew that I was born with an innate need to please people and that people generally liked me because I was affable, honest, and kind. All the rest, I could learn. And I did. Over the past 7 years in this industry, I've learned quite a bit. Amongst other things, I've learned not to chase the dollar because if you're working for a commission, it's written all over you. I've learned that telling the truth always prevails, even if it's not popular. And I've learned that it's not my ride. I'm support for my clients' journey. That's the best part of what I do. Sitting in the back, pulling the knobs that get my clients to the place they've wanted all along, even if they didn't know what that looked like when we started, That's the mission.

Buyers
Get started early. All real estate transactions begin long before it's time to put the pen to the paper. It starts with exploration about where you're coming from and where you want to go to. It's about finding out about the towns you should be living in, based on schools, work, your lifestyle and your interests. It's about learning about what you should spend more than what you can spend and what towns will stretch your dollar. Learn more.
Sellers
Selling your home can be emotional and full of uncertainty. You don't know when it will sell. You sometimes don't know where you'll be going. You don't know how your house will look to a buyer. It looks fine to you, but you've been there for 26 years. I'm here to advise you how to get more money for your home and how to be able to control the negotiation rather than having to adhere to all requests of the buyer. Learn more.
